xAll Dhru wants is to play with his father, but when little Dhru gets kicked out by his evil stepmother, he runs away into a forest. Rather than letting his sadness get him down, though, he becomes determined to get what his heart desires - through meditation.
But what happens when he realizes that there is something greater out there that is far more worth desiring? When put to the test, can little Dhru put aside his worldly desires... and attained the highest goal in the universe?
Bhagat Dhru is mentioned several times in Gurbani. His story is a wonderful example for young children of how we can channel our emotions in a positive way, and why Naam is the greatest remedy for all sadness.
This story is based on Bhai Gurdas Ji's Vaar.
